I have a Master’s Degree in nursing and 3+ years of proven experience effectively and efficiently managing both patients and staff. I am an extremely organized, calm, and patient professional with excellent healthcare skills. I have a passion for providing quality care to patients.

In my present role as registered nurse at San Vicente de Paul’s Hospital, I am tasked with evaluating the medical conditions of up to 20 patients daily, and developing and directing a rotational system to manage the care of patients and otherwise coordinate workforce management.  During this time I’ve been recognized as a dedicated, ambitious, and reliable person who has the ability to work without supervision.

In addition, my three years of of experience as an Assistant Nurse at San Vicente de Paul’s hospital helped me realize and implement clinical duties I learned during the course of my education. While employed there, I was commended for proficiently handling difficult situations with patients and their family members.

HOW DO YOU HAVE A HEALTHY LIFE?

Nowadays having a healthy life is also difficult. the issue is that people carry on their supermarket baskets full of unhealthy food like soda, fast food, candies, etc.

another problem could be the habits, actually teenagers, adults and children live in a lazy way.

 to have a healthy life we should do these things:

EAT FRUITS AND VEGETABLES: 

It can lower your risk of heart disease.

DO EXERCISE:

 It can add up to four years to your life and it can lower your risk of heart problem.

Drink water:

 Drinking plenty of water helps fight against flu, cancer and other ailments like heart attacks.

SLEEP 7 OR 8 HOURS:

Sleep is an important function for many reasons. When you sleep, your brain signals your body to release hormones and compounds that help: decrease risk for health conditions, manage your hunger levels, maintain your immune system, retain memory.

DON'T SMOKE:

 Quitting to this habit can slow disease and increase survival odds

    STAY OUT OF THE SUN:

It can head off skin cancer, and it can also keep you looking young.
   

If you have these habits you can have a healthy life.

Rome and Paris

The world has a lot of big, spectacular, amazing and other adjectives places. These are unique, all of them has monuments, galleries, towers and temples that you have to visit.

And when I say this, I’m talking about historical places like Rome and Paris.

Rome, Italy founded in 753 B.C, it has delicious food, drink, cinemas and opera. Rome also serves as the capital of the Lazio region. , it is also the country's most populated commune. Rome is more interesting than Paris, both have a lot of places but Rome has more curiosity places that catching your attention.

Rome is safer than Paris because people in Rome has old traditions that persons respect, and I think that justice is stronger. Rome is hotter than Paris, it is for high temperature in the country.

Rome is the most important religious destination for those interested in the Catholic Church,  is the most visited in the European Union, and the most popular tourist attraction in Italy.

Paris, France is the capital and most populous city of France, with an administrative-limits.

Paris is especially known for its museums and architectural landmarks: the Louvre was the most visited art museum in the world. 

Paris is the most bohemian city in the world, is more famous than Rome for that reason and its spectacular and beautiful places make it the most romantic city in the world.

Paris is colder than Rome, in winter it has low temperatures and if you don’t have a big or warm coat you can end frozen.

Paris is quieter than Rome because it has less population than Rome.

Roma is as recognized as paris, because they are old and cultural countries.

Bolivia and Honduras

If you want to travel to the cheapest destination on the world, you have to go to Bolivia or Honduras. Both of them are spectacular, interesting and cheap places; but also they have many differences.

°Bolivia is a stunning landlocked country, where you can get the ultimate experience of the South American lifestyle. The Spanish influence on Bolivia is obvious when you wander the streets of LA PAZ or called Jen, Bolivia has numerous museums as well.

°Honduras is a pretty cheap place, drinks, food and accommodation are all very affordable. Puerto Cortes, the bustling port area, is the most popular area in the country, and is the place for you to visit if you love being a beach bum.

Bolivia is more urban than Honduras, it has a lot of mountains called Antipano. Also it is colder than Honduras, it is for Bolivia’s location. Bolivia is bigger than Honduras, it has 1 098 581 km² and Honduras has 112 492 km².

Bolivia is more crowded than Honduras because it has 10,1 million of habitants and Honduras has 8,7 million of habitants.

Bolivia is greener than Honduras, it has a lot of places with vegetation like mountains and forests.

Honduras is more relaxing than Bolivia, because its accommodation are all very affordable, and it has a lot of relaxing places like beaches. Honduras is a little more expensive than Bolivia because it has more places that you can visit.

Honduras is as cultural as Bolivia, because both have festivals, carnivals, places, etc. In Honduras, there are plenty of Spanish forts and houses to explore in Tegucigalpa, Comayagua and more.

Bolivia has a carnival held in February and March, it doesn’t matter when you are going, always you can find something interesting or exciting beyond the corner.

These countries are two amazing places, you have to visit them. Not only for spend your time, they also have an awesome history that you have to know.

Leonardo Da Vinci died on May 2, 1519, at the age of 67. He continued work on his scientific studies until his death; his assistant, Melzi, became the principal heir and executor of his estate. The “Mona Lisa” was bequeathed to Salai.

Da Vinci began the work in 1945 or 1496 and completed it around 1498.


I like this picture because,  it depicts a famous scene from holy  Thursday, in which Jesús and his apostles shore a final meal before his death and resurrection.
In the picture we can observe the disciples and Jesús, on the right there is María Magdalena; next to her there is San Pedro, and then Santiago (the elder), beside Santiago (the elder) there is Bartolomé,  between Bartholomew and Santo Tomás there is San Mateo, and finally next to Santo Tomás there is Santiago (the youngest).
On the left to Jesús there is San Juan, beside to him, there is San Andrés, between San Judas Tadeo and San Simón there is San Felipe and finally next to San Simón there is Judas Iscariote.
Under the table there are Jesús and disciples feet. After the disciples and Jesús  there are some windows, through the windows there is a beautiful view.
